Jagath Wanninayake

Jagath is an entrepreneur and experienced executive with a background in founding and leading innovative software companies. He was co-founder, chairman & CEO of Clarix LLC, where he led the team that developed the first fully web-integrated randomization and trial supply management system with the industry’s shortest deployment timeline. In 6 years, until its acquisition by Phase Forward (now Oracle), Jagath led Clarix from a three-person startup to a 100-person multi-national company serving 3 of the top 5 and 11 of the top 25 pharmaceutical companies worldwide. Subsequently, he was a corporate officer and a member of the operating committee at Phase Forward. Jagath was also a co-founder of Jamity Records, an independent record label which produced several albums, and a co-founder of Mixette, a digital gifting startup. He is the recipient of the 2017 EY Entrepreneur of the Year award for Greater Philadelphia and is an investor in technology startups and an advisor to entrepreneurs. Jagath is also currently a Member of the Board of Trustees for the Eastern PA Chapter of the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society. He holds a B.A. in economics with a concentration in public policy from Swarthmore College.

As co-founder and Chief Operating Officer, Rob Hummel is responsible for global operations at Suvoda. His leadership is fundamental to the delivery of high-quality products, outstanding client services, and overall company growth. He maintains oversight of the sales and professional services teams worldwide and has led significant team growth while exceeding customer satisfaction targets year over year. Prior to Suvoda, Rob held leadership positions with NextDoc Corporation and Clarix/Phase Forward, where he was instrumental in delivering life sciences solutions for clients ranging from small biotechnology firms to large, global pharmaceutical companies and CROs. Rob holds a B.S. in biology from Lafayette College.
Jean-Marie Aulnette

Jean-Marie Aulnette has been a visionary leader focused on building and delivering solutions that protect patients, ensure product integrity, and improve business performance. As head of global sales, Jean-Marie applies his more than 25 years of deep experience in the global life sciences and pharmaceutical software and services market to drive continued awareness and adoption of Suvoda’s technology platform—including Suvoda IRT, eCOA, and eConsent solutions—so study teams can deliver more advanced, patient-centric clinical trials. Before joining Suvoda, he served as vice president of global eCOA solutions and global head of territory at Signant Health where he supported the organization to structure and develop the commercial approach in small to midsize business (SMB) and enterprise accounts. Throughout his career, Jean-Marie has held sales and marketing leadership positions with prominent clinical technology organizations, including Dotmatics, TraceLink, Abbott Diagnostics, Phase Forward (acquired by Oracle) and Aster Cephac. His responsibilities spanned North America, Europe, and APAC. Jean-Marie holds a master’s degree in business from Centre d’Etudes Supérieures de Management International (CESMI), ISG Group Paris.
Steve DeSantis

As Chief Financial Officer, Steve DeSantis is leading Suvoda’s financial strategy, governance and risk management, and has oversight of the finance and accounting teams. Steve has served as CFO seven times, prior to joining Suvoda, for technology companies including Mavenlink, DATAllegro, Predixion Software, and TCI Solutions. He has more than 30 years of financial management experience in both privately-held and publicly-traded companies within the technology industry. Steve has taken two companies public, completed three strategic acquisitions, one private equity buyout, and raised over $500 million. In addition to leading finance teams, Steve has proven success leveraging systems, data, and analytics to catalyze strategic growth in technology companies across industries. He holds a bachelor's degree in business and an MBA from the University of Southern California. Steve is based in Southern California and enjoys working out, college football, hiking, and golf.
Elena Filimonova

Elena Filimonova leads Suvoda’s global marketing organization. She is responsible for all activities related to conceptualizing and implementing go-to-market strategy and achieving marketing targets. This includes market research and planning, integrated marketing campaigns, lead generation, sales enablement, corporate brand positioning and strategy, and directing the global marketing team.
Elena joins Suvoda with an extensive background in strategic marketing, brand management and analytics working for global technology firms, both established and start-ups. Most recently she was Senior Vice President, Global Marketing and Strategy for CGS, a global provider of business applications, enterprise learning and outsourcing solutions. She joined CGS from Elsevier where she drove the adoption of innovative digital products in Engineering and Technology for the world’s largest Scientific and Technical publisher. Her prior roles include Head of Global Marketing for Knovel, a provider of a cloud-based engineering application, running Strategic and Product Marketing for Financial Services at FAST, a subsidiary of Microsoft focusing on enterprise search and business intelligence solutions, leading Strategic Marketing at BT for Global Financial Services and several key roles at Radianz, a Reuters-owned company. Elena holds an M.B.A. from Emory University’s Goizueta business school and a B.A. from Moscow University of Linguistics.

Yuko has overall responsibility for leading and expanding Suvoda’s Asia-Pacific operations. Prior to joining Suvoda, Yuko served as Head of Information Technology Consumer Healthcare Japan at Sanofi and Head of Commercial IT at Novartis, where she led global organizational transformation initiatives and the implementation of operational standards and processes. She has also held positions at IBM, Johnson & Johnson, and SAP, responsible for leading teams in Japan and China. Yuko studied Software Engineering in the UK and holds an MBA from London School of Economics and Political Science, NYU Stern School of Business, and HEC Paris. She enjoys yoga, travelling, interior design, and holds a qualification in Kimono dressing.
E.K. Koh

As Chief Product Officer, E.K. is responsible for Suvoda’s overall product strategy and roadmap, as well as global product engineering and delivery. E.K. is an experienced product executive with a track record of scaling product organizations. He has an extensive background in product management and development ranging from startups to public companies across several heavily regulated industries. Before joining Suvoda, E.K. was Senior Vice President of Product Management at Experian Identity and Fraud, where he developed and launched the company’s first cloud-based identity and fraud orchestration platform. Previously at LiveRamp, E.K. served as chief product officer where he built market-leading identity resolution and data platform, which culminated in a successful IPO. Prior to LiveRamp, E.K. served as executive vice president of Optymyze where he established the Optymyze product suite as a Leader in the Gartner Magic Quadrant. E.K. holds both a B.S. and M.S. from University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign in Computer Science. He splits time working out of his home offices in Silicon Valley and Arizona. E.K. enjoys gardening, taking hikes on Arizona trails, and taking his boat out on the weekends.

Liz is an IT compliance professional with over 18 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry. Prior to joining Suvoda as Director of Compliance & Quality, she spent 12 years as a Senior Manager in IT compliance at AstraZeneca where she led teams specializing in computer validation, agile software development, quality audit and process improvement. As the Chief Quality Officer, she owns Suvoda’s Quality Management System and ensures that Suvoda’s processes are compliant with applicable regulations. She is passionate about process improvement and working with new methodologies that shift the regulatory compliance landscape towards improved product development. She is a Certified Software Quality Engineer (CSQE), ISO 9001 Certified Lead Auditor, and she holds certifications in ITIL and CMMI. She holds a B.S. in Biology from Penn State and an M.S. in Quality Assurance and Regulatory Affairs from the Temple University School of Pharmacy. Liz enjoys visiting family on the Gulf coast of Florida and relaxing at home in Wayne, Pennsylvania, with her two teenage boys and her two dogs, Woody and Wally.
Andrew McVeigh

Andrew McVeigh is the Chief Architect responsible for the architecture and design of Suvoda’s software products. Andrew joins Suvoda from Amazon where he served as the worldwide technical lead for the catalog and offer systems at Amazon Prime Video. He has extensive experience in software architecture having been Chief Architect at Internet Scale companies such as LiveRamp and Hulu, and having led architecture designs for Riot Games, UBS AG, and the Amex Blue card platform. His self-divulged “sweet spot" is designing elegant architectures that enable systems to scale for both users and developers, regardless of the domain. Andrew has a PhD in software engineering from the Imperial College in London, where he wrote his thesis on software extensibility, and a bachelor’s degree with honors in electronics engineering from the University of Western Australia. Andrew is originally from Australia, and now lives in Malibu, California with his wife Violeta, and their daughters.
John Ristuccia

John has many years of technology-focused professional services experience, particularly in working with large, complex, global organizations. As Chief of Staff at Suvoda, Kelly is responsible for driving strategic growth initiatives across the organization. Prior to this, Kelly spent 4 years as VP of Product Management and Marketing at Suvoda, where she led the strategic direction of the product suite and external communications. She has spent her career in professional services and product development teams, working with Top 10 Pharma companies in e-clinical focused organizations including Phase Forward and Oracle, as well as B2C technology companies. Kelly was a founder and CEO of Mixette, a B2C digital gifting company and worked at ScrollMotion, where she was a strategic product management lead for Fortune 500 companies including General Electric and Estée Lauder. Kelly holds a bachelor's degree in Interdisciplinary Studies in Bioethics focusing on Neuroscience and Philosophy, a certificate in Conceptual Foundations of Medicine, and a minor in Italian Literature and Language from the University of Pittsburgh. In her free time, she enjoys hiking, gardening, and traveling with her family.

Anuj Goswami

Anuj Goswami is General Counsel at Gennao Bio, Inc. His practice focuses on structuring, documenting and negotiating a wide variety of financing transactions, including secured and unsecured revolving-credit facilities, term loans, asset-based loans, acquisition financing, second lien and mezzanine loans. Mr. Goswami acts as counsel to both financial institutions and borrowers, including buyout funds, in connection with senior and subordinated debt facilities used to finance leveraged buyouts and acquisitions.

Marius Manole

As Executive Vice President, Marius is responsible for the operation of Suvoda's Bucharest and Barcelona offices. Prior to his current role, Marius led the engineering team that released the first version of the Suvoda IRT system and managed the production hosting and corporate IT operations. He started his career at Clarix where he managed the global IRT development staff and grew the development team from two to 50+ employees distributed across multiple time-zones and continents. He holds an M.S. in e-business from the University of Economic Studies and a B.S. in computer science from the University of Automation & Computer Science in Bucharest, Romania. He is a scuba diving enthusiast and explorer, and enjoys tennis, reading, and virtual gaming.

Howard Ross co-founded LLR Partners in 1999. With more than $3.5 billion raised across five funds, LLR is a flexible provider of capital for growth, recapitalizations and buyouts to middle market businesses. Prior to forming LLR, Howard was the partner in–charge of Arthur Andersen’s Growth Company Practice in the Greater Philadelphia market. In his 26 years at Arthur Andersen, he built a practice of over 80 people, including five partners, serving over 175 rapidly growing companies. He holds a B.S. in Economics from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
